My daughter wore these boots 2 days in the snow and on the 2nd day after walking in a lot of snow she complained and cried about her cold and sore toes. The only thing I could think of was wet socks, but how do their winter pants worn over their boots keep snow/moisture from getting in? We immediately found a warm place to stop and check in and found her socks were very wet. and that was because the water seeped into the boots through the soles of the boots. What an absolutely horrible feeling. Luckily we checked, otherwise she could get frostbite on her wet, cold toes while sightseeing. I needed to find and buy a new pair of winter boots while on vacation. The boots are really stylish but not at all practical for the snow. Update: Great customer service team. They read my review and immediately contacted me to solve the problem. They offered to replace the boots or refund the money. I decided to return as I had already replaced the boots in an emergency. They were very social and apologized for the situation. Excellent customer service. Thanks!
