Great resource for tracking internal efficiency and employee performance

I like that it can be used by different departments within an agency or client organization so we are all working together towards our goals! The UI could use some work but overall has been very easy going through training sessions & implementation. It seems there isn't much out their at present time - maybe they need more resources? We're looking forward to seeing what else comes up as well!! Currently using Gshift primarily internally (for multiple clients) however will start expanding into other areas once fully trained/certified.

Also allows sharing across team members via groups which also helps build accountability amongst peers.
Lots o' flexibility built around core capabilities needed when integrating wth SFDC platforms including data management , analytics reporting
