Great tool when creating documents from scratch
The ability to have multiple templates to use for different projects or clients. We can create a template that has all information needed for an application. This makes it easier to fill out forms quickly. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than I would like to get a client started because of how much information they need, but that's also their fault. It's not my problem! I wish there was a way to have more organization options for templates. For example, if we were using a new system and didn't know what the fields were going to be or where they would be located in our template, then it could be difficult to set up an initial template. That's why this software allows us to customize everything. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, this is the best option. You can easily create a template that will fit your needs.
- Allows me as project manager at GuideSpark Marketing Services (GSMS)to manage contracts effectively with ease while allowing myself plenty room when filling them back into guides/templates lateron so other people may follow suit without having too many problems doing such things themselves once again saving time which saves money overall being able totemplate various documents very easy instead just needing one single document saved onto each specific platform used by GMS
