I've assembled a lot of these chairs (I used to work in a stationery shop) and it was way worse than ever. I couldn't even get the chair I wanted before the pandemic so I decided to finally get one to replace my existing chair which was on its last legs. Wow, those were terrible instructions. It took me too long to figure out which screws are which as they are labeled differently on the packaging and in the instructions. Besides, it has nothing to do with it. I can say that it probably won't last very long. Let's hope it's slow to fall apart and I don't fall to the ground one afternoon. The instructions also don't mention that one of the legs needs to be attached. It wasn't hard to understand, but I looked at him and wondered why he had a short leg. I'm sure it was for the packaging but the instructions say nothing. If you have more patience than me, it might not be so bad. But I was ready to send it back in about a minute.
