Good service. the best in my rating

The first monitor I got has black dots at the top of the screen, the top right corner is white. After I complained about these issues to INNOCN, they happily replaced my monitor with a new one. The new one works fine now. I upgraded it to 4 stars for its responsive attitude and good customer service.
