I was very happy about this bag. When I received it I was impressed by the look and smell. As for a well-made bag. I think they are very cheaply made. I've had this bag for 2 weeks now and the skin is already tearing in places that are barely touchable. The clasp on the front has lost a screw and the rest have to be tightened every other day or they fall out. I emailed the company twice because they told me to contact them first if I had any problems. Well I did exactly that and they sent me a link to return my Revain bag. I can do this myself. I would even make a decision on how to fix or repair it, but they didn't want to discuss it. I'm sending the bag back and choosing a different brand.
