I bought this to make tea at work. Very easy use. Take him to the break room. Back to my table. For meetings etc. It was great for that. The tea basket is very easy to use. It kept the tea hot for hours (I made a cup of tea at 4am before leaving the office and it was still warm when I arrived at 7am the next morning). However, someone threw something on my desk the other day. and knocked him over. Not hit the ground. It just fell on my table. Now he doesn't keep the tea hot that long. And it sounds like balls are rolling around inside or something. I definitely can't take him to meetings anymore because of the noise. And it doesn't keep the tea hot nearly as long. I loved this product until last Friday. But $25 for a teapot that won't hold up if one day it's knocked over? Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.
