The Z Fold 2 is a great phone, but it's also a bulky, slippery, oddly shaped, heavy phone that just begs to be dropped. So anyone who gets it will be looking for a case. And case makers struggle with odd designs. This one doesn't go all the way to the back, just 2 separate pieces, the rear cover and the bezel for the front screen. Plastic is a little less slippery than glass, but not grippy enough. And the hinge, as always, is completely open and slippery. This is where you keep it most of the time, so it needs fixing. Revain only has one case that solves this problem, Spigen, but some reviewers say it takes up too much screen real estate. I'm pinning all my hopes on a case you can't get from Revane, an OAS civilian. It has a hinged cover and presumably less bezel around the front glass. Expensive but not as bad as a broken crease! I ordered it from a site called mobilefun. It's on order for a month so I'll keep using this case in the meantime.
