Bought gold for 64GB. Turned it on and immediately there was a problem with the battery. Hardware related, not the fault of the battery itself. I emailed the seller and got a response within 6 hours. After providing my order number, I received a shipping label and the item is on its way for a refund. I have since bought another as a replacement and so far this unit has worked flawlessly. There are no scratches on them, no problems updating or anything. I will update this if I have trouble getting a refund for the first one. Would I buy again? Until now yes.
