Decent but one corner keeps falling off

Basically an excellent cover. We've had it for about a week now, and the corner next to the power button and volume buttons keeps popping out of the front plastic. He doesn't want to stay locked up no matter what we do. It also looks like there is a small flaw in the main body of the plastic that is causing the problem.
