Excellent Customer Service, Quick Responses

The customer service is very helpful in resolving any issues that arise! They are easy to work with as well (quick responses). I have not had much of an issue since switching over but will say it was resolved quickly when one did occur - great team at speed names!! Nothing so far just been pleased about how we're treated by their staff & getting all our questions answered/ addressed right away.  Great experience thusfar for us moving from another host who didn't provide such quick attention or care after being notified there were problems within the server / network they hosted ours via them!!

Pros

Their support has always provided excellent response time, fast resolution times upon request.and most importantly friendly folks willing too help resolve concerns whenever needed..as opposed many other hosts i've dealt wth before..to whom you get nothing more than automated emails back telling me "you can call this number" which never works out because noone answers calls made during business hours...or if someone does answer its only 1 person working behind multiple phone lines
