This is an adorable length and sweet. They walk a little tight. I have both the 3T and 4T for my 21 month old and the 3T fits perfectly but the 4T is not too big! * The pink color is more like a fluorescent pink which is not visible in the picture. Still pretty, but a different shade than I expected.
