Not satisfied with the inner packaging.

The packaging in the stamp is completely crumbled, the stamps are all uneven and look so greasy, they do not seem new to me, it was not said that it was an open packaging and it is obvious that it was an open package and no attention was paid at all not satisfied, I have never experienced.
