One of customer support was really helpful to me during my consultation process; we communicated almost daily (sometimes several times per day!). They were also quick with responding any questions I had right away! The overall experience has been good so far - their tech team does make changes as needed at least once every month or two which helps keep things updated/current since they do what's necessary immediately when you contact them about issues like these. It would have made life easier if there wasn't such extensive lag time between updates but other than just making sure your website stays current this doesnít seem too bad otherwise everything seems great thusfar!! It allows my company to track our customer information in one place. It is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone. The software is a little expensive but it is worth it.
