Very flexible. The material feels like an Under Armor t-shirt. Seems thick enough. It doesn't look like I can see through it. A little more than I thought. I built a frame out of 1" PVC for a few bucks to install. The frame attaches to the fence. This is a standard sized fence panel for comparison. I have a feeling there are actually about twice as many pads as could use in the kit. So I bought a cheap shim kit here to add more shims. Overall looks quite nice. I'll try to remember to post a photo after I add more grommets. EDIT : So the first two pics are just with the factory installed grommets. Second two photos with the grommets doubled. It looks a lot cleaner and the screen is evenly stretched now. The PVC frame is about 108" long and 65" high. I have also put stainless steel screws into the pvc this way the bushings match these screws and i can easily raise and lower the screen while keeping the frame in place if you like that s you want to do, you can pretty easily add or subtract a few inches anyway and it'll still be fine. Just google something like "Equal Clearance Calculator" for a website that will tell you how far to adjust and keep each bolt straight. And the shim kit I got here was for half inch shims. It's actually quite easy to make and pretty affordable. Overall I am very happy with this screen.
