Headphones were shipped promptly within just 2 or 3 days of ordering. They were received in excellent condition and 99% charged. I applied them right away. The stereo sound in these headphones was excellent. He was very good at picking up sounds. My ears were very comfortable. Pairing the phones was the same. As soon as I removed the protective film from the headphones that kept the battery from draining, they connected to my phone immediately.
