This is a well made item but the smell is INCREDIBLY AMAZING. I've had it for two weeks now and can't even keep it at home. When I have it indoors the whole room smells like some kind of chemical used in the process (and I'm not exaggerating). I love leather and I own a lot of leather and I love the smell of new leather. Although this smell is NOT a skin odor I insult my co-workers and my husband told me to get rid of it it's so bad. I hope this is safe for health. Any suggestions on how to get rid of that awful smell?
