This large strap fits my 7.1" wrist using the second hole closest to the Fitbit tracker. by 7.1 inches, which was right in between the small and large WePro bands. I chose a large strap because I figured it would be safer to have the extra length rather than risk getting a strap too short. In hindsight, I think it would have been handy for me to use a small or large oversized WePro strap on the second hole closest to the tracker (or the 10th hole from the end of the strap). I have uploaded a photo of the strap. WePro's large strap will help you better understand its length so you can compare it to your existing or older straps: Hole strap: 5 1/4 inches Buckle strap: 3 1/2 inches I couldn't remember what strap size I chose for my original box for Fitbit Charge 3. It has to be a small strap as my original Fitbit strap with holes is 4 1/8" (and I attached it to the 6th hole with end which is also the 6th hole from the side that the Fitbit tracker is closest).
