has part of it at the top that has literally been sewn up and the excess simply trimmed off. It wouldn't be a problem if it was indoors, but it isn't. Couple this with a fabric that's so stretchy and sheer it can't be washed for a long time, and you have the perfect way to waste your money.

Pros
