Not cotton...!! to my rating.
The material was not cotton. It didn't even look like a cotton/poly blend even though the product description says it's 100% cotton. Although the design of the dress was very cute. It was needed for tie dyeing so I sent the dress back.
- My girls wear 3T, sometimes 4T. 4T is quite tight and you won't be able to wear it for long.
- The product may not be strong enough to last long
