Product broke during use

This product was used for 50 days and was installed on my 37G fresh water tank; went to clean the lamp chamber and found the lamp was out, the glass was cracked and the o-rings were worn (brittle). I tested it before installing it and there were no problems at the time. I doubt the quality of the internal components.
