The squeak is terribly loud with every movement in the chair. The material started to warp after about 1 year and after about 2 years it was torn all over and the entire chair was wrapped in duct tape and ready to be thrown away. It says "high back" on it, but it's not. It's not big enough for a 6ft 1in person if you need head or neck support. According to my research, most chairs are made for little people. While the armrest material appears to be solid, the underside of the left armrest, where the bolt meets the chair, also broke in half completely after about a year. It is currently being assembled with some metal parts and steel brackets. I'm 6ft 1in, 200lbs and use it about 12 hours a day. Also don't buy chairs made of this material if you have cats, my buddy has another boss chair made of the same material and every time his cat walks on it his nails stick in it, everything is full of holes. Basically these chairs are junk and I will never buy a Boss chair again.
