When I first started making gel polish I (like many others) bought a cheap lamp. I didn't understand that gel polish can't look top notch without a good lamp. And by good I mean high performance with many individual light sources. That is 168 watts with 36 lamps. (By comparison, my first LED light was 54W and 18 bulbs. It worked like crap and often left soft, dull, uncured marks on my manicure no matter how long I left my nails in it.) This light dries quickly. and complete. With this baby every gel polish becomes hard as stone. Brilliant finish, like the light of a thousand suns. Two weeks later my nails are still shiny and not chipping without peeling. If you are buying a lamp for the first time, you will save yourself a few bucks and aggravation. Buy this one (or the one with the specs). You will not regret it.
