Review on πŸ‘“ Enhance Your Eye Comfort with Computer Reading Glasses Blue Light Blocking - Anti Glare Eyeglasses for Women and Men by Sara Davis

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Don't block the blue light.

Pretty expensive glasses that do nothing at all. They do not block blue light at all. I didn't notice the anti-glare either. Frames are thin. Comfortable but thin. The only good thing about them is: a durable hard case, a cleaning cloth, and a small eyeglass screwdriver to clip to a keychain. In the meantime I'll send it back. It should be noted that all of the glasses sold on Amazon that claim to block blue light do not block blue light at all or very little, with the exception of the darker amber lenses. I am disappointed in this fact as amber is too dark for me and light shades do not block blue light. My eyes are very tired and sore from years of working on the computer, especially with this large monitor that I have had for a year now. You can test your glasses to see if they block blue light. If you don't see an obvious reduction in blue light when looking at your screen, including the blue light that many electronic devices are required to indicate that they're on, then your glasses aren't blocking blue light. My current pair of amber lenses are so dark that they block all blue light coming from my screen and even my backlit keyboard. Blue backlit keys appear dark/black, while red backlit keys appear red and purple backlit keys appear red. I'm still looking for the perfect blue light blocker and how much blue light should I block to be safe: all or what %? I also need to find out if the night light option in Windows 10 really blocks blue light and to what extent it should be blocked. It features a slider that allows you to adjust how much of the amber tones dominates over the lighter, lighter blues. Unfortunately, I like the colder/bluer tones best - for viewing purposes. But my eyes have become red and sore over the years, and I calm down by blocking out as much blue light as possible and taking frequent breaks from the computer.
