I did it again a second time, and again the same situation - after a few hours it stopped unlocking. In general, in the Samsung brand store, I was advised to make all 5 possible fingerprints on one thumb to increase the chances of unlocking! and what do you think . A phone with five fingerprint options will still be unlocked every other time, yes, three, or not unlocked at all. In the same place, by the way, there is face unlock by the way. which apparently sometimes helps unlocking =) well, if the first two methods did not help, there is already unlocking by character. To continue: the finger sensor is very sensitive to the surface of the finger. That is, if the finger is very dry, then unlocking will not work at all, you need to wet your finger, spit on it, that is, how else to wet it sometimes in a different way? very original, isn't it? if there is a scratch on the finger, a cut, then there is no way to unlock it by fingerprint at all.
