I've been using it once a week for 3 months now. I've definitely noticed a difference in the condition of my hair with regular use. I have very thin and brittle hair. I've dealt with breakdowns my whole life. I think my hair has grown about an inch since I started using it and I've noticed an improvement in hair breakage and fewer split ends. The most important thing I want to say is that the instructions are misleading. I think conditioner should definitely be applied to add extra moisture and shine to your hair. I don't think this should replace conditioner, especially for those with dry hair. I prefer to use it as a mask after washing. I rinse out the shampoo and wring out the hair, then apply it to damp hair for a few hours (sometimes overnight) under a plastic cap, rinse out and then deeply condition my hair with a moisturizing mask. This works very well. similar to opalex and definitely the cheaper option.
