My HP Deskjet 1112 suddenly stopped working as soon as I installed a new ink cartridge. Since this one is no longer in stock, I decided on this one. When it arrived I decided to read the setup reviews and they are right, it's NOT EASY! I ended up calling HP support and the tech set it up for me remotely and it took over an hour to finally get it working. It was on Saturday. On Tuesday I decided to finish the document and when I tried to print it it failed with an error message. I disconnected and then reconnected and it printed part and then stopped again. I contacted HP Customer Support hoping to get the same help I received during setup and unfortunately the staff were unhelpful and unresponsive. Went to HP on their social media pages to find out and still awaiting help. Today, for reasons unknown, I noticed all the lights on the printer! Once again I passed out. To be honest, I miss the old CD printers. All those bells and whistles make a simple task impossible! DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!
