These knee pads are great for protecting my daughter's feet while playing basketball. I never thought she would fall or slide on the floor as often as she does now, so I didn't see the need for it until I looked at a few workouts. Knee pads provide extra cushioning for the kneecaps and the sleeves cover most of the leg, so they reduce scratches and floor burns from sliding on that floor. The fit is perfect for them and they slip on easily enough to stay in place during practice and play. Since I've had them, their legs are in much better shape after training and matches and I cannot recommend them. Great price considering all the benefits.
