Review on πŸ’‹ Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm for Lips: Hydrating Lip Treatment, 0.507 oz (15ml) by Keith Cannon

Works great but don't really like the packaging

I originally launched this product in an Ipsy bag a few months ago. I use it on my lips because they are constantly chapped and dry. I like the ingredients, I don't like the packaging. The tube itself is fine, but the tip is usually flat, truncated, with a small hole at the top. You can't apply it directly to your lips, and I can't even imagine breastfeeding moms trying to apply it directly to dry and cracked nipples. The parties will make torments. You have to apply it on your finger and then where you need it. I think the slanted tip that most lip moisturizers have would be a thousand times lighter. If mothers are concerned about hygiene, a slanted tip makes more sense - also for putting on the finger. The tip is so small the product goes everywhere and you find yourself rubbing and wasting a lot of excess off the threads and then fumbling around to get the cap back on the little tip. I have to deal with a lot of problems in a hurry, I can not imagine that a young mother would want to deal with it. I'll probably try a different lanolin lip product next time just for ease of application.
