I have purchased several recovery suit for my male dog before the surgery and this one seems to be the best amount others. The main reason is that other will not fully cover the male genital and will most likely allow them access to the wound.The design of this suit allow full coverage of genital area like a diaper and stopped my male dog from licking after we got him neutered. However, the reason I took out the stars was that the sticky part of the clothes will wore out eventually. It took us about 4 days to really notice it being weaker but still keeps the clothes from separating. I do not think the cloth will last more than 2 weeks to hold but as far as the time needed to heal after neutering, it will do the fantastic job. Just wish the seller to use better material for us to use it later if we need to.
