Review on Genesis RCS by Ronald Reese

The ease, speed & reliability in processing specimens for testing at all times! I don't have any complaints about this software or their customer support team as they've been very helpful throughout my tenure using them over 10 years now!! Nothing really that stands out but overall it has worked well enough without too many problems along those lines when compared against other products available today (eg., Lab Solutions from Quest). It works great if you use your own staff members who understand how things work best which can be time consuming initially - however once everything gets streamlined then there isn’t anything bad i would say regarding its usefulness/reliability within an organization like mine where we do most tests ourselves including sending samples off weekly / biweekly etc.. The fact that you can easily have your reports emailed directly without having them sitting in some database system or waiting for someone else at work gets my vote! It also helps me keep track if there were any requests I needed to get filled out but then forget about it when i'm done, this reminds us all who forgot what they need so we know not too long after getting back from vacation etc..
