If you are arguing between medium and small I would recommend the small. I wear small (30" waist) and still have a lot of extras. I like the adjustability that allows you to thread the buckle through any part of the webbing without having to get to the right hole. They are comfortable because they stretch. They won't pinch you or squeeze your stomach like a regular belt would.Overall a great product but they are a bit large.
