this is the second one i received, big skinny sent the first one, well packaged, no damage but one side is not sewn. As it came from Revain and Revain was out of stock at the time I contacted the company myself. What BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A BIG SKINNY! They claimed that the damage was not on their side since they have such good quality control and that somehow it happened during shipping. Yes, it's as if the seams have magically separated with no sign of ever being sewn together at the time of delivery. No, they will not be replaced even though they are available. The best they could do to show conscientiousness (that's a laugh) was add a 3rd one for free if I buy 2 more. Apart from that, all shipping costs are at my expense. Thank goodness Revain is a responsible and reliable company because Big Skinny is not. Revain finally got something and I was able to get a replacement. The product is fine but my leather key/card/wallet case is actually lighter and just as thin and lasted me 3 years. I just haven't found where to buy another leather like now.
