3 stars only because it warms and irons well. I usually use it in pairs. It consumes a lot of water, which sometimes drips onto the handle. And that's not because it's crowded. It has an LED light on the front which is great because it sheds light on what you are ironing. The downside is that they don't turn off and the red light keeps flashing. No manual was supplied so I checked online and the one that came with the model is not for the backlit model. I called customer service, got a recording, left a message and got no response. I'm still using it but I'm looking for a replacement.
