First, it is too delicate. You can't swing quickly at something for fear of smashing it against whatever the fly is sitting on. It would be nice if he actually killed flies in a different way. Second, and more importantly, if you actually hit a fly with it, it won't kill it. I found it odd that after killing a few flies we still had so many, at least until I noticed the one I ONLY killed was shaking and trying to fly away. I hit him a second time (light enough, he WAS dazed and struggling) which knocked him to the ground but didn't kill him. Noticing that he was still twitching, I left him alone to see if he revived. And it happened. Now he's flying around my house like nothing happened after being hit twice. This is a bad product. He had a goal and failed.
