I don't have foot problems like some of the other reviewers. I've been living in flip flops for over 20 years and my age. sigh. decided it was time for some extra arch support. It took a few days to get used to the higher arch and overall bulkiness of the shoe. They're not heavy, just bigger than the flip flops I usually wear. The company's sizing recommendations are just awesome. They suggest that you draw the outline of the bare foot and follow the measurement guidelines in the description. They were there and fit perfectly. My only suggestion would be a wider range of style options.
