Reusable! - Cleaning tools

I love swiffer wipes. Read on for great helpful advice! I mainly use them to dust various things like dressers, ceramics, blinds, books, DVD boxes, computers and of course the floor. I start with an easier job first, then choose another that maybe a little dirtier, etc. That way the Swiffers can last a while longer if you don't go straight to the bottom. But here's something they don't tell you, you can wash them so they can be used again (I found that out by accident.)! They won't come out perfect, but they can definitely be used again. I throw them in my regular wash, which is never very dirty, and run them on a light cycle. I also let them air dry. I don't have white clothes, so watch what you wash your swiffers with. You may want to be careful when loading items using only Swiffer cloths so you don't risk ruining your clothes. My washing machine is also 20 years old. This is just a helpful hint, use at your own risk! Either way, if you're adventurous, you can halve your Swiffer cost. That's good for your wallet and the environment!
