Ultrove Urea Cream is very viscous and non-greasy. I like that it's odorless. It absorbs well into my skin and leaves no residue on my socks. WebMD talks about urea cream: Urea is used to treat dry and rough skin. It is also used to remove dead tissue in some wounds to aid in wound healing. Urea is known as a keratolytic. It increases skin hydration by softening/dissolving the keratin that holds the top layer of skin cells together. This effect helps to shed dead skin cells and helps the skin retain more water. The kit also includes a manual callus remover. It is recommended to use it before applying the cream. I've tried it and it works well, but personally I prefer electric callus removers. However, the cream works exceptionally well, better than others I've tried. I bought this cream in November 2021 and it expires in September 2024. Made in China.
