Almost 2 weeks postpartum with my second baby and went from the outter hook to the innermost hook within 2 weeks.The only thing I don’t like is the 3 elastic velcros don’t seem to stay tight. And if you try to make them tight, they’ll slowly bunch in the middle or the loosest part. Other than that my stomach has gone from looking 5 months prego to a little bloated.Definitely better than the postpartum belly wrap I used after my first child.
