My wife works at the LMA. Between her and her team, I've heard how impractical it is to use traditional wet stones. I bought this for her and it solved everything from getting rid of the slow cooker, to no intermittent heat issues, being able to quickly heat stones to a constant temperature, etc. Not to mention the therapeutic nature of salt stones . Her clients rave about this product as she often includes it in her massages due to its ease of use - on request or not. We had an issue with the controller disconnecting prematurely, but the company immediately sent me a new controller and said they noticed the problem and updated it. Received it in two days for free with no questions asked - great customer service. I have just bought another unit so there is one on each side of the table and once our outlet opens we will be buying six more! It's much more than a mobile product. Do yourself a favor and try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. I don't normally write reviews, but since my expectations were exceeded, it was justified.
