Review on 💫 Vitality Essence Duo by Sheila Harris

When my bottle of Vitality Duo Essence arrived I was a bit surprised to see that it was half oil, half water based. The instructions say: shake the bottle to activate the formula, then apply with a cotton swab. My skin seems to be really loving all the magic of this product! And as far as I know, the potion is unique; I'm not sure I've ever seen another skincare product that works in so many different ways at once. Salicylic and glycolic acids exfoliate and brighten my skin, while walnut extract and niacinamide smooth and cleanse, and a moisturizing botanical oil blend softens and hydrates my face. They all work together to leave my skin undeniably soft and glowing! The way I started using this essence was part of the Korean Seven Skin Method I've been trying lately. However, I'm not sure there's much use in layering this product on, so I'm now experimenting with this as the very last "skin", toner, or essence layer in hopes that the oil portion of the formula can help. to lock in the moisture given off by the other six "skins". I don't like how the oil gets in my eyes at times, but now that I know how blurry it makes my contacts, it's easier to notice and apply. slightly slower and gentle around the eye area. This product doesn't absorb immediately, but I was surprised that it didn't stay greasy for long and didn't feel sticky afterwards. And vice versa; I have to remind myself not to touch the face - it's just so beautiful! I LOVE this USA made product without the usual skincare toxins like phthalates or parabens. The most important thing for me is without cruelty! YAY! I'm still considering whether to buy this product again. It's quite expensive, but the way it makes my skin glow might be worth the relatively high price. If you have the disposable income to experiment, this is a great product to try!
