Review on VersaCheck DeskJet Printing Software 3755MX by Adewole Sherman

I bought a Versacheck X1Gold 2020. I could print black checks, that's not the problem. I order blank checks later when I got a call asking if I preferred printed checks and I said why not. The representative asked me about the software I had purchased and placed an order. I have received checks. Now the included printer won't print, I get an error message, so I added my Epson printer with no problems. I can't get this program to print a pre-printed receipt, it's overlapping the information. I submitted 3 online help requests from VersaChecks and have not received a response. I've tried everything possible, nothing works. It's time to bring this system back and reduce my waste on printed receipts.
