Review on 🧥 Caterpillar Men's Heavy Insulated Parka: Reliable Warmth in Regular and Big & Tall Sizes by Charles Quinones

A 7 minute ride in a light drizzle and a few drops of water in my left sleeve, near the elbow, soaking my clothes. An obvious flaw in the design of this zipper! The outer seams came undone without any rough handling! See photo. This jacket was delivered to me in India by a friend and the return window closed before I could try it on. Worn for the first time at the end of December and already lost! Months of regular home use (but not hilly) opens up a 3" hole in the seam, which takes some hell of craftsmanship! 0 points caterpillar! What should I do now? [EDIT] October 13, 2017 I contacted Caterpillar and they replaced this defective item. I haven't used it in real field conditions yet. Let's wait until then.{20/12-2018:- Still haven't been able to sit out the drizzle/rain. After that I will update the star rating. Heat: Great! 2*C and I was comfortable without the extra layer over the sweatshirt.}
