Review on 💯 DHC Perfect Double Protection Mascara by Wendy Owens

This mascara didn't impress me at all. I've used Original Formula Blinc Mascara in the past and it's been great! Doesn't smear, is highly waterproof, etc. I only used it on my lower lashes because it gave a natural look that didn't give me raccoon marks under my eyes/upper cheeks like traditional mascaras have always done. The only thing I didn't like about Blink is that it makes my lashes a little dry and brittle. When I found this DHC mascara with so many positive reviews and emollient ingredients, beeswax etc. I had high hopes that I had found my new favorite lower lash mascara. Boy was I wrong. This mascara didn't seem to be waterproof at all (I have overactive tear ducts which make my eyes VERY watery) and it smudged very easily. It was a total ban on my bottom lashes, so I tried it on my top lashes and found it was just "me". There was no volume to speak of and I felt a spot on my eyelid. All in all I don't recommend this and I plan to go back to Blinc Mascara and just apply castor oil to my lashes at night for extra moisture.
