Review on Kitables Drone Quadcopter Perfect Curriculum by Payton Stovall

Defective: After reassembly it turns out that one of the engine speed controllers is defective. We tried removing and re-soldering the motor connector with the same result. We then connected a voltmeter to various motor outputs. While good motors registered voltage at their output, the defective speed controller did not. Please replace the circuit board to solve this problem.
