My shower is tiled on 3 sides and one open side with a standard shower curtain and cornice. This house was built in the 80's and has no space to store anything other than a ceramic soap dish next to the shower head. After struggling for almost 5 years with where to put all the bottles my husband and I use in the shower, I realized I needed a better way. I have a standard square bathroom tile and it stuck to it easily. I was able to line them up with tiles and then quickly glue them on. I've installed things around my house with "sticky" glue, so I knew not to stick anything heavy in there for a while. After installing them, I didn't put the bottles in for 24 hours just to be sure. It's also worth noting that I didn't use this shower for the same 24 hours. The wire basket has been fully sealed so I don't think it will rust or cause any problems. The large adhesive strips ensure a strong hold on the wall and thus a high resilience. I'll point out a few things. If you want, you can glue the strips and then attach the basket. I found it helpful to have them already attached to ensure everything lines up. The glue is STRONG. Even if you lightly touch it to a wall, it stays where it is. So make sure it's where you want it before you take it out. Generally, I loaded them up with big bottles, and they didn't sleep for weeks. I am very happy with how strong they are and they have helped keep my shower more organized.
