Review on OAK!Merge by Thong Lopez

I like that it is easy to use, has many options for importing/exporting data from other software packages (such as Excel). It's also very flexible in terms of how you can set up your own rules / filters on what gets imported or exported. The only thing I dislike about this product is there are no tutorials available online - which makes learning more difficult than if they provided some basic training material out-of-the box. We have used Oak Merge with our CRM system called Salesforce so we could export all contacts into one file format that would be compatible between both systems.
