Came crumpled

I'm always looking for modest skirts. Even if that means visiting the children's department. I did just that, went to the children's section and assessed. The skirt arrived very wrinkled and didn't fit me at all. I suspect it was because it was crumpled and also because of the ruffle that ran diagonally down the skirt. For me it was no.
