Great pre-workout program!

Let me just say this product is not for the caffeine/stimulant sensitive individual. It's high in caffeine (350g) which I personally like because I love that powerful energy before heavy weight training and cardio. Focus, pump and endurance at its best! I last longer, feel stronger and more focused. Although the taste is terrible - like bitter, gag, disgusting. Also, give it 20 minutes to really feel it.
