I've had this watch for more than a year and it still works with no problems. They're small, which I like because I don't like big, chunky watches. It seems to me that this is a unisex watch, whether you have it in silver or gold, mine is silver because most of my jewelry is silver. I wear this watch everywhere from school to events or parties with friends. So this really is a great watch for almost any occasion or just everyday use. Over the year I have received many compliments from people, both young people my age and older people who say they had similar watches growing up and remember them fondly. So overall it's a great watch, but the only thing I have is that sometimes the clasp that holds the watch on my wrist comes loose, but that doesn't happen often so it doesn't bother me much. At the same time, the watch has never been dropped in the year I've been wearing it, and it has been almost every day, and I've wet this watch several times. I would recommend this to anyone who loves this style or as a fun gift for someone. I will be ordering this watch as soon as the one I currently have dies, which is unlikely to happen for a long time.
